Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1-3 working days depending on availability and business volume. We stock
most items in our warehouses. Occasionally we do run out of stock on an item and do have a short delay until
our supply is replenished by the manufacturer. On rare occasions a manufacturer will backorder an item which
can result in a longer delay. Credit Card payments are not processed until the order is ready to ship. If
payment was made by other means we will offer a refund at the customers discretion if this occurs. OEM parts,
apparel and accessories will take 4-10 working days for order processing.

Items shipped within the USA will primarily be shipped by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
Insurance is available at an additional fee. Larger items will either be shipped by USPS Parcel Post or UPS
ground. Shipments outside the USA will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail to avoid customs brokerage fees.
Insurance is available to many countries at the customers request for an additional fee. Actual values will be
placed on all customs forms and the items will be marked as merchandise. Please don't ask us to mark
shipments as gifts or under value the shipment to avoid customs duties. For customers purchasing oversized
or heavier items we will adjust shipping accordingly. Please contact us for a quote if your are concerned about
shipping and handling charges prior to checkout.

PRICING

card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our
catalog may be mis-priced. If we discover a mis-pricing, we will do one of the following:
· If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
· If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before
shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 7 days for refund. Items should be returned in
their original, unopened packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an
incorrect or defective item, etc.). All authorized returns which do not involve an error on our part will be subject to a 30%
restocking fee, less shipping and handling. Special order items, and closeouts may be returned at our discretion. We will not
accept returns on merchandise that was opened, installed, used, is missing the original packaging, serial number or UPC, or
returned more then 7 days after delivery. Most non-closeout aparrell items may be exchanged for a different size with just a
shipping and handing fee to cover the return shipping of the new item. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must
contact us by phone or email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without an approved
RMA number will not be eligable for a refund or exchange and will not be accepted at our receiving department.
